Maintenance of an integrated progress reporting system including schedules, S-Curves, tables, milestones and earned value analysis.

Primavera Data Base Administrator for Project.

Interrogate progress reports and prepare action plans on deviations to targets with recommended remedial actions

General planning & schedule tasks that the PCM may direct.

Contribution to monthly reporting on project both internally and externally.

Be prepared to partake in establishing and conducting training programmes to develop planning in-house.

Process mapping to drive out the most time and cost effective methods of erection and convert that to a working programme model.

Key Requirements

5-8 years experience on major projects in role of Senior Planner on the contracting side of the industry.

Have good experience of large scale engineering, process or oil and gas construction.  Power station experience would be a distinct advantage, but not essential.

Incumbent should have good knowledge and experience of fabrication facilities and progress monitoring in respect of material supplies, fabrication milestones, shipping and logistics.

Overall experience in physical construction progress measurement and progress monitoring is essential.

Incumbent should have good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with construction people.

Technical skill in Primavera planning software as well as Microsoft products especially Excel.
