Contract position in the Government & Local Government sector in Pretoria in South Africa (Gauteng).
Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager: Human Resources to perform the following duties:
• Responsible for Human Resources operations, systems and administration.
• Perform duties as an Human Resources Generalist.
• Assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of Human Resources policies.
• Implement and facilitate sound Labour Relations.
• Manage, Facilitate and administer the implementation, monitoring and reporting on Performance Management and Development System.
• Facilitate and manage recruitment and selection, organizational structure, job profiles and job evaluation and Remuneration.
• Implementation and monitoring of Employment Equity and Skills Development.
• Responsible for Human Resources Transactions and administration, conditions of service, staff benefits and other related tasks.
