Our client is urgently looking for a Systems Analyst to join their team. They are in the logistic industry and there is major potential to grow professionally within the IT Department. Duties 1. Architect and design I.T. Business systems (technical

ad business position) 2. Develop test cases for own and other developers’ code and test accordingly 3. Create specifications to the company's standard for the developers in the project 4. Project manage I.T. development projects from user-specification (business & customer) to implementation 5. Project manage customer projects, including meetings with customers on a senior level. 6. All other functions relating to the I.T. systems development life-cycle may be required to be performed as part of the job description 7. Extended hours where necessary will be a requirement due to the critical nature of the position 8. Must be able to interact with customers (internal and external) from the highest to the lowest level in the organization

Skills Required:
1. Must have excellent knowledge of Enterprise computing (including database development) using Microsoft development products 2. Must have a full knowledge, training and experience of Object-oriented Analysis and proven design skills in OO, including proven experience in high-level business & systems analysis, with the ability to interact with business people, at both executive and non-executive level, to achieve effective, successful business solutions 3. Must have the experience in how to architect for distributed, multi-tiered environments and the discipline to adhere to the company's set of architectural standards in design. 4. Must have skills and experience in project managing the entire development life-cycle, including Effective Controls 5. Must have proven process engineering skills 6. Ability to deliver projects on time is a critical element of this position. 9. Code 08 driver’s license. 10. Must have solid experience using Structured Query Language (SQL). 11. You must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment polygraph or integrity test. (Added Advantages) 1.
