Introducing Candidate Preference Profiler

Jobs.co.za announces the launch of its new Candidate Preference Profiler tool available at no cost to its subscribing clients.


The web-based Candidate Preference Profiler is used hand-in-hand with the job application as a supporting measurement tool during the recruitment process to assist in determining a candidate's suitability to a particular working environment; by measuring the job applicants work environment, interaction, decision-making and control preferences.

 

Once the job applicant has completed and submits the Profiler, a profile report is sent to the recruiter via an e-mail facility while simultaneously attaching the report to the Job Seekers Jobs.co.za Profile. The Profiler report is valid for a period of 6 months.

 

The Candidate Preference Profiler was designed by Holistic Human Resources (H2R) to assist recruitment agencies and employers throughout the recruitment process. 'We chose to partner with Jobs.co.za to launch the Candidate Preference Profiler to their recruiter client-base as we closely identified with their strategy for growth in respect of providing low cost web-based profiling tools to recruiters, in the interest of streamlining the recruitment process online.' Says H2R's Francois Doman, a registered Industrial Psychologist with a Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology.

The Candidate Preference Profiler aims to add value to recruiters during the screening of individuals in the selection process. Plans are underway to make the profiler tool available to individuals Job Seekers who may voluntarily complete the profiler and attach it to their profile to enhance their existing CV's and add further value to their applications.
