Jobs.co.za Partners with Entelect to provide Integrated Recruitment Management Solution

1 September 2009: Jobs.co.za today announces its partnership with Entelect Software to provide its clients with a fully integrated web-based Recruitment Management Solution.


Jobs.co.za, South African Job Portal, and Entelect Software, an established Johannesburg based Software Development, Products and Resourcing Company, will co-operate to deliver best-in-class recruitment management solutions under the technology implementation and talent acquisition expertise offered by both partners. Entelect's Recruitment Management System (RMS) was developed in 2004 with the sole intention of assisting recruitment agencies with all operational and support requirements, enabling more placement throughput, and promoting interactive engagement with candidates, clients and internal staff, all through a user-friendly agency specific branded web interface. Entelect already has a strong client footprint in the recruitment industry with a number of agencies using the RMS successfully on a daily basis. Jobs.co.za, established in 1997 underwent a face-lift a year ago to provide an affordable online recruitment advertising solution with sophisticated job application filtering and matching technology. Jobs.co.za ranks number one on major search engines such as Google, by extending its search engine optimised job content to search engines, as well as social and professional networks.

Under the terms of the agreement, Entelect becomes a partner for sale and implementation of Jobs.co.za's online advertising solutions with a reciprocal reseller agreement in place for Jobs.co.za to extend its services to include the full-cycle RMS.
